The Muse Re-Challenge includes 3 one hour refresher sessions @ $355 ($50 savings) available to Muse Challenge participants.

• All packages require a $100 non-refundable deposit with the remaining balance paid in 2 installments. 

• *The "Fat Boy Slim" Weight Loss Package is for those who need a little more attention and a "gentle bear hug" to help stay focused, accountable, and on track.  We meet every 2 weeks for 5 months and a $250 non-refundable deposit is required with the remaining balance paid in 2 installments. 

• For your convenience Muse Wellness accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards.  Muse Wellness currently does not accept insurance, however, receipts for insurance reimbursement are provided upon request.  Check with your insurance company to verify coverage for nutrition services.

• Payment for all consults and services is due at the time the service is rendered.  The charge for missed appointments and late cancellations (without 24 hours notice) is the full amount of the consult/service charge.  Other payment arrangements can be considered on a case by case basis.

• **Group workshops are 2-4 hours and require a minimum of 10 people.
